MTEEA is the Michigan Technology & Engineering Educators Association, serving prospective teachers, pre-service teachers, and current teachers of technology, engineering, and design.
Our primary goals are:
- Recognizing Educators: We do this in various ways, including the Firefly Awards (given to distinguished technology and engineering educators).
- Professional Development: We offer professional Development for teachers, through our state conference, as well as free and open access curriculum resources.
- ITEEA Affiliate: We serve as the Michigan state affiliate to ITEEA, the International Technology & Engineering Educators Association
